Came in with my tiny baby in a carrier, only ten weeks old and was having trouble getting all my stuff onto the conveyor belt. Simon came out from behind the till to help me get all my shopping up. Thank you Simon, makes a world of difference in a new mums life, such thoughtfulness.

No help from the staff here, apparently that's how they keep their costs down as I was told by the staff. Perhaps some signs informing customers at the till what is expected. As a guest in the country how must I just know? Since I didn't I was stared at by the teller like I am the idiot. Very uncomfortable experience.

What can you say about Aldi !!! Prices are the best around for your weekly shop. They don’t have the huge variety of all products, but what they have is good quality. That middle isle is a real trap 😂😂 …

Aldi is a good store however the one at Capalaba has bad staff. Most of the staff are rude and unhelpful, or they descriminate between who they are nice to. Even if I'm dressed in a suit and buying lots of items,I'm still treated like a no good thief and they rush me to get going, but someone else who's very unkept and slow they are super friendly too. Other times if I've been out walking and just have a bag with sunscreen and a water bottle in it, they try to make a big deal out of it, as if I should leave it on the ground outside. Apparently I'm not alowd to stop in for a snack during my walk, I have to come fully prepared with a car ect. Floors are often wet and slippery, almost fell over atleast a few times. Staff continuously forget to put in the discounted price for items that are close to due date. I havn't done anything to offend them, I'm sometimes a little aloof and on edge, but I'm always polite, I've never benn rude to them even once.
